Our centre operates in association with Dr. Lal PathLabs and provides services in Isharwal and surrounding areas.

By booking a test, using our website, or availing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Diagnostic Services

We provide all types of diagnostic and pathology tests available under the Dr Lal PathLabs network.
Test availability may vary depending on medical requirements and laboratory guidelines.
Reports are generated based on the samples provided by the patient.

3. Appointment & Booking

Patients must provide accurate personal details while booking tests.
Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delay of services.
Appointment timings for home sample collection are subject to availability.

4. Home Sample Collection

Home sample collection services are available within a 50 km radius of Isharwal.
Patients must provide the correct address and contact details.
In case of patient unavailability at the scheduled time, rescheduling may be required.

5. Report Delivery

Reports may be delivered via WhatsApp, email, or official report systems.
It is the patient’s responsibility to provide the correct mobile number or email address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details.

6. Payments

All test charges must be paid as per the prescribed rates at the time of booking or sample collection.
Prices of tests and packages may change without prior notice.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Test cancellations must be informed before sample collection.
Once the sample is collected and processed, cancellation and refund may not be possible.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per laboratory policy.

8. Medical Disclaimer

Laboratory reports are for diagnostic purposes only.
Patients are advised to consult a qualified medical practitioner for interpretation of reports and medical advice.
We are not responsible for medical decisions taken solely based on laboratory reports without doctor consultation.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Patient information is handled confidentially as per our Privacy Policy.
Personal and medical information will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
Our responsibility is limited to providing diagnostic testing services as per laboratory standards.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
